It's located on the waterfront in downtown Burlington, Vermont. The park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux, who were also responsible for Central Park in New York City.

10. Shelburne Farms
Shelburne Farms is a large and well-known farm in Vermont. Around about 20 minutes from Burlington. It was founded in the early 1900s by George Perkins and his wife, Mary. They ran the farm for over 50 years, until their son, George Jr., took over. He continued running the farm for many decades. The farm has been passed down through generations of Perkins family members and is still owned by them today.
